Out of 2,449 COVID-19 tests carried out in the past 24 hours, 865 new cases were registered in Macedonia, the Health Ministry informed on Sunday.

New cases were registered in Skopje-397, Kumanovo-22, Debar-2, Stip-34, Prilep-29, Tetovo-95, Struga-7, Veles-44, Bitola-31, Ohrid-21, Kavadarci-26, Gostivar-30, Gevgelija- 4, Strumica-37, Kriva Palanka-5, Radovis-6, Kocani-17, Probistip-7, Demir Hisar-2, Makedonski Brod-1, Berovo-4, Vinica-6, Delcevo-6, Kratovo-4, Sveti Nikole-4, Kicevo-15, Resen-5, Negotino-4.

The Public Health Institute registered today 359 recovered patients from all over the country.

10 people died, including four patients from Skopje (aged 67, 58, 64 and 76), two from Prilep (aged 70 and 73), one patient from Bitola (aged 52), one from Ohrid (aged 77), one from Kocani (aged 48) and one patient from Probistip (aged 76).

Since the outbreak of the epidemic, Macedonia has registered 32,436 confirmed coronavirus cases, while 21,090 people have recovered. The death toll stands at 1,004. At the moment, there are 10,342 active cases across the country.
