VMRO-DPMNE official Sinisa Stojanoski accused Healthcare Minister Venko Filipce of manipulating the contract to purchase flu shots. Vaccination was supposed to begin around October 20th, but it is being delayed for a second year in a row because of the lack of vaccines.
Last year it began on November 5th and this year it hasn’t started yet Is it true that even the vaccines meant to be sold commercially aren’t available yet? The Minister can’t name the exact date when vaccinations will start. Neighboring countries have begun offering the vaccines already. What is your explanation? The Government has an obligation to provide flu vaccines, Stojanoski asked Minister Filipce.
Filipce is facing serious questions about the Racket 2 scandal where he is suspected of extorting money from the dialysis provider Diamed.
