SDSM activists have shown their misogynic side with the attacks aimed at a young conservative activist who was featured in a VMRO-DPMNE video, said Blagica Lasovska, the head of the association of women in VMRO-DPMNE.
The activist, Tamara Mihajlovska, was featured in a video in which she plays the role of a young person desperate to move out of Macedonia to flee the corruption generated by the ruling SDSM party.
SDSM activists responded with ugly comments on the social media aimed personally at Mihajlovska in a frenzy that resembled the campaign against Rasela Mizrahi.
The attacks on Tamara are directed from one center, whose handiwork is easy to distinguish by now. They directed their misogyny, sexism and chauvinism against Tamara, and then turn around and preach about European values. Mr. Zaev, you are inspiring these attacks on the integrity of a woman and you are at fault for this barbarism, said Lasovska in a press release.
