VMRO-DPMNE strongly condemned the comment from Zoran Zaev’s official Vladimir Pivovarov – who is head of the border management direction – after Pivovarov blamed the passengers for the Besa bus disaster that killed 45.
Pivovarov is responsible for the fact that the Besa bus was allowed to cross the border 135 times without a permit. But he doesn’t find fault in himself, he blames the passengers for not requesting to see this license. It’s obvious that the Government is covering up for those responsible, VMRO-DPMNE said.
The party added that another of the numerous agencies set up to regulate transportation, Rufat Huseini, who is head of the transportation inspection, is a cousin of DUI party leader Ali Ahmeti. This inspection also failed to act in time and to perform inspections on the Besa company.
