VMRO-DPMNE called on prosecutor Vilma Ruskoska to publicly name her fellow prosecutor she said was involved in racketeering. Ruskoska gave a series of interview to detail her charges against showman Bojan Jovanovski – Boki 13, during which she confirmed that while Boki 13 was blackmailing a businessman he got an unnamed prosecutor on the speakerphone, to assure the businessman that if he pays the required sum in the millions of euros, the prosecutor will drop her charges against him.

We need answers. Why isn’t Vilma Ruskoska filing charges against this prosecutor? Is this prosecutor Katica Janeva, who is rumored to have already left the country? If it is, why hasn’t she been detained yet?, VMRO-DPMNE said in a press release.

The opposition party accuses the ruling SDSM party and its loyalists in the judiciary, which include both Janeva and Ruskoska, of trying to cover up the major criminal scandal, in order to protect SDSM party officials who were invovled.

If the prosecutors are not up to the task, then justice will return once Zoran Zaev is gone. When happens, all who violated the law, including those who were charged with prosecuting crimes but instead protected criminals, will be held responsible, VMRO-DPMNE added in its press release.
