Zoran Zaev and Nina Angelovska indebt the state without a basis. The Ministry of Finance borrowed 82 million euros or 15 million more instead of the originally envisioned 67 million euros, VMRO-DPMNE said.

The party emphasizes that it is unclear on what and how they will spend the extra 15m euros, just as it is unclear where the other borrowed money ends up. Although the level of public debt is increasing daily, the state has not moved from a dead end. There are no investments, no projects.

The rapid indebting ahead of the elections only indicates electoral corruption that the government is already doing. The millions they now get will have to be paid by citizens in 5,10 or 20 years, and they do not do things that have added value to the state, on the contrary, they are wasted. Since SDSM is in power, public debt stands at 5.4 billion euros. This is contrary to all the promises they made to lower the level of public debt. Public debt is not decreasing, it is increasing. Corrupt spending of citizens’ money must stop. A detailed audit of all borrowed and spent money will follow after April 12. No one can play with the citizens’ money, VMRO-DPMNE stressed.
