Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic announced that he will likely limit exports of grain from Serbia, but that it would not apply to neighboring countries such as Macedonia. Serbia recently delivered 50,000 tons of grain and 25,000 tons of corn to Macedonia, to help with the spiking prices on the European market after the war in Ukraine.

It is important to say that we have enough grain for the entire region. It is ours, it comes from our (region of) Vojvodina. People should not worry, we satisfy all our needs. We will also satisfy the needs of Albania, Macedonia and Montenegro, Vucic said.
