After the arrest of the Government’s Secretary General Muhamed Zekiri, for a corrupt contract he approved to prepare a feasibility study for the privatization of the Macedonian Post Office, the names of his accomplices were also revealed.

They are two Croatian citizens – Danijel Ivanagic and Denis Fuduric. Fokus reports that in April they set up a company named Interholding, that was used to apply for the contract worth almost a million EUR that was approved without a bidding procedure. The money were paid out between May and December 2021.

Ivanagic is the manager and minority owner of the company, while Fuduric is the majority owner, through his company Interfinance that is set up in Croatia.

Fuduric is a stock broker who was investigated for the privatization of the Zadar hotel. He eventually won a large law suit with the Government and got a hefty damages payment after his broker license was taken away.

Ivanagic was manager of a clinic in Varazdin, financial director in the German owned media company Europapress Holding and manager in the Zagreb Bank.
