Arijan Ademi, the Dinamo Zagreb captain who is one of the best midfielders of the Macedonian team, believes that we can get past the group stage of the European Championship. In its historic, first ever European Championship, Macedonia was put in a group with Holland, Ukraine and Austria.

I honestly believe that we can go beyond the group, I really do. We are a real team. The coach put us together masterfully and I congratulate him on that. Macedonia usually did not have a standard first team, many players would come and go. It would play well, but most often it would lose. Now the situation is reversed, we may play poorly but even then we win. That is why I believe we can succeed at the EP, Ademi said.
