Macedonian born coach Vlatko Andonovski has been named as head of the US women’s football team.

Andonovski coached FC Kansas City and the Tacoma based Reign FC and won two titles before assuming the task to coach the reigning world champions. He will have his debut with the national team in November against Sweden and Costa Rica.

In Tacoma, Andonovski already worked with the USWNT star Megan Rapinoe.
