Ceasefire announced in Luhanks to allow the civilians to flee

Pro-Russian authorities in the Luhanks region of Ukraine announced a ceasefire to help evacuate civilians from the war torn region. The ceasefire begins at 9 in the morning. The area is seeing some of the heaviest fighting in the eastern part of Ukraine.
