The Macedonian national identity will not be subject to sale, and the spineless politicians will go into history and will never happen to us again, said Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski today, responding to calls from SDSM that Macedonia must accept the Bulgarian demands as soon a possible.
That is their well known rhetoric that I have discussed in the past. SDSM views our Euro-integration processes only through the lens of selling out of the Macedonian national identity. These spineless politicians are the soft underbelly of the Macedonian identity and they endanger the whole strategy that we are building, said Mickoski.
The Prime Minister added that the nationalist Bulgarian politicians are celebrating the fact that Macedonia has such politicians but warned that VMRO-DPMNE will not allow any kind of adventures that do not have a clear outcome and do not guarantee respect for the rights of the Macedonian national minority in Bulgaria.
