Mendi Qyra, the newly elected Mayor of Struga, announced that he will sell the Audi A6 bought by his predecessor Ramiz Merko.
Merko was widely criticized for buying the luxury vehicle while the municipality has many greater priorities. Qyra said that selling the vehicle is a symbolic step but important to drive home the need for rational spending.
