The amount of the pension increase will be known at the beginning of September, and according to all parameters and information, it will be between 3 to 3.5 percent, says the Minister of Social Policy, Demography and Youth Gjoko Velkovski.
We are waiting for the end of August and next week we will have the parameters and come up with specific figures, because they should be included in the payment of the September pension that will be taken on October 1, Velkovski said tonight in an interview with Sitel TV.
He pointed out that for now, the current article of the law with the percentage increase of pensions, which previously increased by 7,000 denars with the linear increase, remains in force.
Whether there will be additional interventions, in accordance with the policies and the dynamics of how certain parameters will move in the country, decisions will be made additionally. The next one is in March 2027. I think there is time until then, pointed out Minister Velkovski.
