In the second quarter of 2026 we have exceptionally high economic activity and an increased GDP of 4.3%. This is more bad news for the opposition, which I assume is now depressed and inconsolable because why Macedonia is moving forward, and is not being dragged back into their political morass of lies, slander and fabrications, said Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski. The Prime Minister added that Macedonia will continue to move forward.
It is not easy, not all problems have been solved because many problems are inherited. What is important is that we work and that we try to solve everything that has been inherited, and not create new problems. The results after 25-26 months are finally coming to the fore. We have growth in industrial production and stabilized inflation. This growth of 4.3 percent, when added to the growth in the first quarter of 3.1%, gives a figure of 3.7% in the first half of this year, which is one of the strongest in Europe. Now I again invite those on social media to start mocking me, but I will stand by my position that this is one of the four largest GDP growths, said Mickoski.
