A paraglider had an accident in Ohrid today, hitting a pole, and narrowly missing a mother and child.
The incident happened at the busy Studencista springs, where many locals and tourists were walking near the lake. The glider was apparently flying over the lake but lost control and headed straight for the pedestrian lane. A video that was taken shows him flying near the mother and child, who are heard gasping, and then slamming into the pole.
