The Interior Ministry will begin testing its Safe City cameras in Tetovo and Kumanovo tomorrow.
Tests and calibration lasts 15 to 30 minutes and traffic will be stopped at that time. The system will begin to issue mandatory fines on February 1st, after a two months trial period to allow drivers to adjust to the new, stricter model of implementation of traffic rules.
