Macedonia’s forex reserves surpass 5 billion

Macedonia’s foreign exchange reserves at the end of July amounted to 5,011 million euros, an increase of 74.4 million euros compared to the previous month, the National Bank (NBRM) announced.

The largest part of foreign exchange reserves is invested in securities (71.1%), followed by monetary gold (15.6%) and currencies and deposits (13.2%), NBRM added.
