The parents of four girls are facing criminal charges after their children harassed a 13 year old girl in Skopje’s Gjorce Petrov district.
In two incidents, that happened in late March, the four underage children recorded themselves attacking and humiliating the girl. The case prompted a push to have teachers take over hall duties from students to prevent a repeat of such incidents.
