Responding today to a journalist’s question regarding the extent of government support for municipal development and infrastructure over the past two-plus years, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Macedonia, Hristijan Mickoski, stated: Regarding the projects for which municipalities applied and the number implemented so far, Prime Minister Mickoski added:
“The sum is somewhere around one and a half billion—or rather, one billion five hundred million—which amounts to approximately 25 million euros in funds allocated, or decentralized, from the budget to the municipalities for the construction, expansion, reconstruction, repurposing, and so forth, of kindergartens.”
