Investments in Strumica worth 7 million EUR

Infrastructure projects worth over seven million euros are currently being implemented in the Municipality of Strumica through the Ministry of Transport, stated Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport Aleksandar Nikoloski during a meeting with Mayor Petar Jankov, the municipal administration, and Members of Parliament Eli Panova and Zhan Drvoshanov.

According to the Ministry of Transport, the meeting focused on the municipality’s development plans as well as current and future projects being implemented with government support.
Nikoloski noted that the Government is continuing to invest in road and utility infrastructure to improve citizens’ living conditions and foster local economic development.
Projects currently underway in Strumica include the construction of a storm drainage system in the village of Prosenikovo, an investment valued at 46.6 million denars.
The meeting also addressed preparations for the construction of the Radovish–Strumica–Novo Selo expressway, which is intended to provide faster connectivity to the border crossing with Bulgaria.
The Ministry of Transport stated that the implementation of these projects is part of broader efforts to upgrade the infrastructure network and promote balanced regional development.
