Meri Dika Georgievska elected as member of the Constitutional Court

The Parliament today elected Meri Dika Georgievska as member of the Constitutional Court. She was elected with 64 votes in favor and none opposed or abstained.

During the session, representative Sali Murati from the DUI led coalition raised objections about the submitted biography of Dika, in which it was listed that she graduated in September 1987 and did her bar exam in February 1987. This was dismissed by the representatives of the Constitutional Court as an obvious typo in the biography.
