Three firefighting planes were used today on the fire on the territory of the municipality of Sopiste, on the south side of Mount Vodno – announced the director of the CUK center Stojanch Angelov. Firefighters are intervening at the fire on the ground, with four modified military vehicles.
On Saturday afternoon, a fire broke out in Volkovo near Skopje, where low vegetation was burning, and it is gradually being brought under control. Angelov informed that a larger fire that broke out near Jazhince has also been extinguished, thanks to the quick intervention of Tetovo firefighters, the local population and the police.
