During his visit to Germany, Deputy Prime Minister and Transportation Minister Aleksandar Nikoloski held a meeting with Hendrik Wust, Minister-President of the German federal state of North Rhine-Westphalia. As Nikoloski noted in a social media post, the discussions focused on economic cooperation between Macedonia and Germany, as well as opportunities for attracting new investments to the country.
During our visit to Germany, we held a working meeting with Hendrik Wüst, Minister-President of the federal state of North Rhine-Westphalia. We discussed strong economic cooperation and opportunities for new investments in Macedonia. German companies—such as Kostal, Kromberg & Schubert, WIK, Gerresheimer, and other prominent investors—have been present in the country for many years and are a significant part of the Macedonian economy. We are building strong partnerships, Nikoloski stated.
