Central heating in Skopje will become more expensive by about 6 percent, starting with August 1st.
The Regulatory Commission for Energy (RKE) made the decision following analysis of the heating companies, their costs and revenues. The suppliers asked for inccreases of 30 percent.
RKE estimates that the average bill will go up by a little over 2 EUR, from 2,352 to 2,493 denars.
