After 10 days, rain helps put out fire at the Jasen reserve

Today’s rain helped put out the fire in the Jasen natural reserve. The stubborn forest fire was active for over 10 days.

The DZS rescue service informs that there are still some smoldering sites and that firefighters will act on foot to get to them. Drones equipped with thermal cameras are also active to identify possible hotspots.
