Slovenia recognized the Macedonian driver licenses for all Macedonian citizens who reside there.
The decision also applies to citizens of Bosnia, Serbia, Montenegro and Kosovo. Slovenia will allow these citizens to apply for licenses without having to take exams, and will only have to submit a medical report.
