Electoral commission gives accreditations to foreign and domestic observers

The State Electoral Commission granted accreditations to 591 foreign and 658 domestic observes who will cover the local elections. These include missions from OSCE and from local organizations.

The SEC commission also informed that about 9,000 citizens registered to vote at home, citing illness.
