Former SPO adviser named member of the Judicial Council

The Parliament today appointed lawyer Suzana Josevska – Anastasovska and law professor Arilnda Kadri Sahinovic as members of the Judicial Council, which appoints and dismisses judges. The two candidates were nominated by President Gordana Siljanovska – Davkova.

Josevska’s nomination raised eyebrows, as she was an outspoken activist in the SDSM Colored Revolution and was later named adviser in the disgraced SPecial Prosecutor’s Office.
