SDSM today announced that it has removed former Skopje Mayor Petre Silegov from the party ranks. Silegov is one of the main critics of SDSM leader Venko Filipce and his management of the party, blaming Filipce for refusing to take accountability for the disastrous loss at the local elections.
In its announcement, SDSM blames Silegov of being blackmailed and working with VMRO-DPMNE to sow division within the party.
