More than 1.000 North Korean soldiers have already been killed or wounded in the war, South Korea’s Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) estimated today.

Horrifying videos are circulating on social networks showing the moments when the special operations team targets the position of North Korean soldiers in Kursk. The attack was carried out with kamikaze drones.

Dramatic footage shows drones circling soldiers trying to escape from open ground. The video was shared by the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Telegram.

During the open fire, 12 vehicles were destroyed, the army claims, Daily Mail reports.

The new figure comes after a South Korean spy agency reported last week that at least 100 North Korean soldiers had been killed since entering combat in December.

Pyongyang has sent thousands of troops to reinforce Russian forces, including in the border region of Kursk, where Ukrainian forces seized Russian territory in August this year.
