Prosecutors are filing charges against the Target Group company for selling company data obtained from the Central Registry.

For a fee, the Central Registry reveals information about the ownership and property of companies. Target Group is charged with selling the data it obtained from the Registry. The company stopped purchasing data from the Registry in 2016, but continued to offer packages of data about various companies, marketing the offers under the label “Business Network”.
