Out of 700 COVID-19 tests carried out in Macedonia in the past 24 hours, 83 new cases were registered, the Health Ministry said on Monday.
New cases were registered in: Skopje-44, Kumanovo-3, Debar-2, Stip-5, Prilep-6, Tetovo-3, Veles-4, Bitola-5, Kavadarci-1, Gostivar-1, Strumica-2, Kriva Palanka-1, Delcevo -1, Kratovo-1, Resen-1, Negotino-3.
11 people died, including two patients from Skopje (aged 85 and 75), one patient from Veles (62), two from Bitola (64 and 74), one from Kavadarci (71), Gostivar (85), from Gevgelija / Bogdanci (64), one patient from Strumica (58), one from Kriva Palanka (61) and one patient from Radovis (70).
Since the outbreak of the epidemic, Macedonia has registered 81,804 confirmed coronavirus cases, while 59,650 people have recovered. The death toll stands at 2,456. At the moment, there are 19,698 active cases across the country.
