The State Commission for the Prevention of Corruption reiterated that Zoran Zaev cannot simultaneously hold the posts of prime minister and finance minister.

We point out that this would violate Article 44 of the Law on Corruption and Conflict of Interest that prevents the Prime Minister from holding the post of Minister of Finance and the two posts do not go together, explained President Biljana Ivanovska.
