Prime Minister Zoran Zaev received a letter from former US Vice President Joe Biden in which he said he was honored to meet and exchange views about current political issues with Prime Minister Zaev at the Munich Security Conference.

Once again I congratulate you on the historic agreement with Greece in Prespa. I am convinced that the agreement is a major positive development for European integration and unity. As I said at the meeting in Munich, the success of North Macedonia is a success for all of Europe, and that’s good for everyone, the former US Vice President Biden wrote in a letter.

According to a government press release, Biden writes in the letter that he was looking forward to the day when the Republic of North Macedonia will be welcomed as a full-fledged member of NATO.
