All patients injured in the bus accident on the Struma highway in Bulgaria are in stable condition that is not life-threatening, said the doctors from Pirogov Hospital this morning.
T he necessary surgical interventions were performed yesterday. Two more surgeries will be performed today. One of the injured people will undergo additional medical-diagnostic procedures in order to get a better picture of the future therapeutic procedures for him, the doctors said.
One of the patients has burns on his hands and surgery is necessary, and a girl with a knee wound will also have a surgery.
Another patient is in severe psychological shock and is being treated by psychologists.
