The government will recommend to President Stevo Penadarovski and the Security Council to declare a crisis situation, which should probably apply to the entire territory of the country, TV 24 reported.

According to the television, the crisis situation does not mean curfew or quarantine, but a situation that will allow better functioning of state institutions, such as the police, healthcare and army.

The reason for the government recommendations is the deteriorating health condition with the growing number of new coronavirus patients.

The latest decision of the Commission for Infectious Diseases was that no additional measures and restrictions were needed to curb the spread of Covid-19.
