Lawyer Dragan Pesevski wrote on Facebook that there is a basis for detaining the Secretary General of the Government of the Republic of Macedonia, Dragi Raskovski. Namely, he pointed out that after the threats with charges and lawsuits from a position of power, there was a possibility that he could influence the witnesses and the people involved in the procedure.

When a person is being charged for committing a crime, and the same person threatens the people involved and journalists charges and lawsuits and from the position of power, it is not the basis for determining detention because of fear that the same person could influence the witnesses and the people involved in the procedure???
