Arta Toci from the Alliance for Albanians will be the new deputy in the Parliament after on Wednesday Deputy Speaker of Parliament and MP Vesel Memedi submitted his resignation to the Office of the Parliament Speaker, Talat Xhaferi.

The Alliance for Albanians and Vesel Memedi’s NDP in the last parliamentary elections performed with a joint list of MPs. Toci confirmed the information for “Plusinfo”.

In the period from the formation of the government of Prime Minister Zoran Zaev to the Alliance for Albanians leaving the government on December 28, 2017, Toci served as a deputy minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
