The Management Board of the PE “Ohridski Komunalec” at a session held Tuesday decided to terminate the contracts with NIFI IK company owned by Nefi Useini, DUI counselor in the Ohrid Municipality Council, Meta reports.
The decision is upon the recommendation of the Anti-Corruption Commission and the opinion it sent to the Municipality of Ohrid that the municipality cannot enter into business relations with a company where the owner is a member of the Council or is owned by persons close to him.
PE “Ohridski Komunalec” had concluded a total of three contracts with the NIFI IK company.
One is for procurement of building materials, the other is for maintenance of the Bukovo landfill and the third has not yet begun implementation, said Ljupco Grdanoski, director of Ohrid Komunalec.
