I will lie to you if I say that if I become a president I will annul and abolish. The president has no such competence, said VMRO-DPMNE presidential candidate Gordana Siljanovska Davkova.

But such competence have international courts, the Human Rights Committee has. When it comes to violations of the Vienna Convention, then in any court in the world, if it is about an act or a law or a document arising from an agreement that is null and void, it is a violation of international law and it can be annulled. What can be the basis? The right to self-determination because it does not become obsolete and is an obligatory international legal norm. The equality of the parties, we are nameless in the agreement. How can there be an agreement between two states, and you do not know which one state is. Moreover, according to our Constitution, the international agreements are concluded by the president on behalf of the Republic of Macedonia, and not on behalf of the second nameless party. It is important to take into account the violation of political and cultural rights, said Siljanovska Davkova.

She stressed that the coming of another party or coalition into power would create a different ambience so that all this could be realized.
