VMRO-DPMNE MP Gordana Siljanovska Davkova at today’s Parliament session spoke about the nomination of Dobrila Kacarska as Constitutional Judge where she pointed out that she should not be a Constitutional Judge because the so-called Kacarska judiciary should not be allowed to become synonymous with Kacarska constitutional judiciary.

Siljanovska Davkova said that this proposal is not for a constitutional judge precisely because of what happened in the past years in the judiciary, referring to the so-called Kacarska judiciary.

Kacarska did not accidentally become synonymous with the so-called Kacarska judiciary and I would not like to become synonymous with Kacarska Constitutional Judiciary now because the constitutional judiciary needs deep reforms, it needs judges with integrity, with many years of experience. Judges who are synonymous not only with law but also with justice, she said.
