VMRO-DPMNE called on Healthcare Minister Venko Filipce to resign over the scandalous lack of vaccines and vaccine preparations. Macedonia is about to begin some vaccination of its most endangered citizens today, long after nearly all countries in the region have started mass vaccinations, and after over 10,000 Macedonian citizens were forced to go to Serbia to look for vaccines.

Filipce is incompetent when it comes to vaccine procurement. We are left four months without vaccines, and those that did arrive are donations. If we had vaccines sooner, many lives would have been saved, VMRO-DPMNE said in a press release.
