Former minister Mihail Cvetkov and former deputy minister Kristijan Delev were detained, while Aco Spasenoski, was given home detention due to his deteriorating health condition, for which he submitted medical documentation to the prosecution.

This morning, the court ordered their arrests and during the day everyone was questioned, except for former Minister Ljupco Dimovski, because he is a current MP and has parliamentary immunity, which will be discussed on Monday’s session of the Committee on mandatory- immunity issues.

Mihail Cvetkov, Kristijan Delev, Aco Spasenoski and Ljupco Dimovski are suspected of abuse of official position and authorization when granting agricultural aid and leasing state agricultural land, causing damage of almost 1.5 million euros to the Budget.
