Deputy Prime Minister Dimitrov and Foreign Minister Bujar Osmani once again failed to attend at the Foreign Affairs Committee. Instead, Dimitrov was present virtually through a styrofoam of his character. Dimitrov was “sitting” next to the chairman of the Committee, Antonio Milososki.

Dimitrov is here virtually and this shows how he treats the Parliament. For him, the Parliament is just a burden for his work, Milososki said.

The Committee session was convened in order to build a national position against Bulgaria’s Memorandum.
