A man infected with Covid-19 waited for hours for an ambulance to arrive at his home in Skopje’s Madzari to take him to hospital.

As the journalist Miroslava Byrns reported on social networks, the 64-year-old man from Skopje, in addition to Covid-19, also had diabetes, as well as a stent implant.

While waiting for medical help, he was suffocating and had panic attacks.

Unfortunately, the Skopje citizens waited in vain for help from the state and the health system. As Byrns informed a few hours later, he died as soon as he was taken to the Infectious Diseases Clinic.
