It does not mean that the Special Public Prosecutor’s Office is constitutional only because of the fact that it was voted in Parliament, VMRO DPMNE leader Hristijan Mickoski said Friday on TV Alsat’s “360 Degrees” show.
It does not mean that what was voted in Parliament is constitutional, I know many laws passed in Parliament that are appealed and proved unconstitutional, the opposition leader said.
Mickoski said the Constitutional Court had not made a statement on the matter and that information was probably sitting somewhere in the drawer.
