The Skopje Criminal Court dismissed as unfounded the requests to lift the detention of former Special Public Prosecutor Katica Janeva and Bojan Jovanovski – Boki 13, suspected in the Racket case.
The parties have the right to appeal against these decisions to the Court of Appeal – Skopje within three days, the court’s statement said.
