Heavy snow fell over much of Macedonia yesterday, while rains hit the warmer areas along the Vardar river valley.
The ski resorts Popova Sapka and Mavrovo are covered with 75 and 61 centimeters of snow. Krusevo saw 37 centimeters and Bitola – 14.

Temperatures also dropped, from -6 on Popova Sapka to 0 in Tetovo, Bitola, Ohrid and Stip. The weather is expected to remain cloudy and snowy , especially today afternoon.
