Mile Janakieski’s lawyer, Elenko Milanov in a statement for “Republika” explains today’s chaotic situation that was happening in court. He explains that a hearing in the “Trajectory” case was held, despite the fact that Janakeski had an isolation order until December 1 due to a contact infected with the coronavirus.

But, before today’s hearing, Janakieski took a rapid test and it came back negative.

But that does not have to mean anything with the rapid test. Everyone in the courtroom is at risk. Protocols are not followed and there are 50 people inside. Everyone is at risk. Additionally, “Trajectory” is expected to end and a new hearing for “Titanic” will start immediately afterwards, where Janakieski is also defendant, Milanov told “Republika”.
